So as to not get caught out like last year and after consultation with our new Southern Section rep, Captain Notso Slow, I'm getting in early with a provisional  date for the 2013 IBRSC Phantom Open - Saturday 13th April ......Get it in your diaries now......Maybe some Eastern boys would like to travel, I'm certainly try and get to a couple of Eastern events next year, in fact after Chew Valley yesterday I'm going where the wind is!!!!!
