1^st/2^nd June, the GY&GSC Phantom Eastern-Open coincides with the Gorleston Beach-Regatta.
3-races each day, Saturday (13:⁰⁰) & Sunday (10:³⁰), to provide an earlier get-away after racing on Sunday.
Limited basic camping on the grass of the boat-park, with limited room for CamperVans alongside;  the "Pier Hotel" situated adjacent to the Club (NR31 6PL) and overlooking the slip & beach has B&B starting at Single £65 or Double £80 (01493-662 631); bookings@pierhotelgorleston.co.uk.

Hmmmm,  thinking hard ...... 

Well, actually the club is so small that can't afford to run a bar and only this winter the physical remains were removed.
On the other hand, the building butts against the Pier Hotel which does have a bar, with Hotel & Club sort-of sharing promenade seating space !
That beside, there's going to be 100% sponsored tinnies of free beer (no Licence to sell !) on return ashore.

Can be ......, but not automatically.
Give me a phone-call and tell me your plans, so that we can arrange something.
You could (?) also say, leave the boat at mine in Oulton Broad, then we'd both travel the 10-miles to Gorleston any time on Saturday forenoon.

Forecast for Gorleston:
Saturday Northerly, boisterous F4/5 but a good direction for launching off the sandy beach.
Sunday still Northerly, maybe NW and lighter F3/4; so even better launching; in need of the SunScreen !

Get over here folks .... looks like a champagne week-end sailing is going to happen.
A couple more participants have announced themselves and I've just let the Monster into the boatpark ..... fresh-n-feisty from his recent win on the Essex rivers !
£15 for a full 2-days of 6-races at Sea can't be bad !
